Archpass' mobile application is called the "Access Manager" by Nervepoint.
Note: If Archpass is set up already you can skip to Slide 4.
The easiest method to setup the Archpass mobile app is to scan the QR code (next slide) by clicking Scan Now.
Note: You can also manually type the URL https://archpass.archphila.org/mobile/ then click Save to save changes or Go to begin using the app.
Scanning this QR Code will automatically take you to the main screen. Setup is complete.
To update your account, (challenge questions, e-mail address or phone number) click Update Your Account.
Login, by first selecting your login domain (labeled 'Directory') from the drop down box.
Example: if you log in as css\jsmith then select 'css'.
Note: Leaving this as 'Default' will not allow you to log in.
Type in your user name and password WITHOUT your domain name. Click Next.
A password will be sent to your mobile phone with a One Time Password (OTP).
Note: You will have had to set up your mobile number ahead of time to receive the OTP SMS message.
Type in your OTP. In this example the 5 digit code '96907' was the OTP.
Note: Do not enter your domain password here. This is specifically for the OTP sent you by SMS or e-mail. Click Next.
Edit your existing e-mail address or add a second one. Click Next.
Note: We recommend having a non-Archdiocesan e-mail account listed in case you are locked out of your Archdiocesan e-mail. This information is stored securely and OIT does not have access to this information.
Update or enter a mobile number. Click Next.
Important: Select OTP Only from the drop down menu to avoid excessive text messages.
Update or enter challenge questions. Click Next.
You will receive a confirmation that your account was updated.
