To manage your account, navigate to https://archpass.archphila.org and click on the "My Account" button.
Click the check box.
Note: This screen is a security measure to prevent Internet scripts from trying to reset our passwords.
Sometimes the reCAPTCHA produces an image with instructions. Select all squares containing the object requested.
Once all of the squares containing the object requested are selected click "Verify".
Select your Active Directory domain name from the drop down list. Example: If you log in as "css\jsmith" then choose "css". Click "Next".
Provide your user name WITHOUT your domain name. Type your current password. Click "Login".
On the Dashboard you will have several options such as changing your known password, updating your mobile number or e-mail address, changing your challenge questions or downloading and setting up the mobile app.
To change a password that you already know, enter your existing password. Next enter your new password following the guidelines on the right. Retype the new password un the "Confirm New Password" box. Click "Change".
Note: You will receive an error if you did not meet the password complexity rules or try to reuse a recent password.
On the Contact Details page you can add additional e-mail addresses and a mobile phone number.
Note: I is important to select "OTP Only" for mobile numbers to avoid excessive text messages. Also, it is highly recommended to use a non-work e-mail address as you may not be able to access your work e-mail if you lose your password.
On the "Your Answers" screen, you can add, change or edit your challenge questions.
Scroll down to delete previous answers and enter new ones. Click "Save" when complete.
