Voicemail Set Up
Before you can listen to your messages, you need to set a pin. Follow these steps to set up your Voicemail:
- Press the Messages button.
- When prompted, enter your pin and press #. (Default pin is: 13579#)
- You will be guided through the mailbox set up. Complete the requests until you hear that you have successfully completed enrollment.
New pins must be at least 4 digits in length and cannot be your extension.
Listen to a Voicemail
When your message waiting light is on:
- Lift your handset and press the MESSAGES button. OR
- Enter the mailbox number if prompted, followed by #
- Enter the pin, followed by #

Accessing Your Voicemail Remotely
Accessing your voicemail from another phone is easy. Just follow these simple steps.
- Call your outside phone number and wait for voicemail to answer
- Upon hearing the voicemail greeting, press the ‘*’ key
- Enter your extension followed by ‘#’
- Enter your pin followed by ‘#’
