Voicemail Set Up

Before you can listen to your messages, you need to set a pin. Follow these steps to set up your Voicemail:

  1. Press the Messages button.
  2. When prompted, enter your pin and press #. (Default pin is: 13579#)
  3. You will be guided through the mailbox set up. Complete the requests until you hear that you have successfully completed enrollment.

New pins must be at least 4 digits in length and cannot be your extension.

Listen to a Voicemail

When your message waiting light is on:

  1. Lift your handset and press the MESSAGES button. OR
    • Enter the mailbox number if prompted, followed by #
  2. Enter the pin, followed by #

Accessing Your Voicemail Remotely

Accessing your voicemail from another phone is easy. Just follow these simple steps.

  1. Call your outside phone number and wait for voicemail to answer
  2. Upon hearing the voicemail greeting, press the ‘*’ key
  3. Enter your extension followed by ‘#’
  4. Enter your pin followed by ‘#’
