We are experiencing some issues with email bouncebacks due to our archphila.org and chs-adphila.org domains being temporarily blacklisted by a common anti-spam system known as SORBS (Spam and Open Relay Blocking System.) This can occur when a user’s account internal to our organization has been compromised and then used to disseminate spam mail.
Addition and removal from this blacklist is automated and is scheduled for removal as early as February 6th. Until our domain is removed from this SORBS blacklist, you may experience email bouncebacks from certain organizations which use the SORBS system stating that our domain is flagged for spam.
