4:30pm – The carrier has repaired the damaged fiber and services have been restored.
Update 4:00pm – The carrier confirmed that a fiber optic line had been cut affecting several businesses in the area. The are actively trying to repair the damage.
Update 2:27pm – We have been escalated again to the local carrier to address. This most likely means something physical has happened such as a pole or fire somewhere, but we do not have confirmation on that at this time.
Update 11:52am – The carrier has escalated us to their engineers. No update on cause or time to repair.
